Frustration
I heard a good message last week that has made me think a lot about purpose in life. We are put on a path in our life, to look straight ahead, not to the left or right. When you look away, you head that way, sometimes in the wrong direction. When your life is full of frustrations, you are probably on the wrong path. So when doors are opening for you, and others are closing, just take the leap of faith and go with the open one, it'll most likely get you on the right path.
I used to ponder what my purpose was, thinking that I had to do some great work for God. But in reality, the work I've done or am doing is a great work for God. I raised 4 really cool people, I minister to patients and co-workers on a daily basis, I am caring for Mom, (which is a whole other subject), I am always there for my husband and my kids. Now, as the older and wiser I get, I am no longer searching, but resting in knowing that what I do in every day life is enough.
I am at peace.
